The intelligent quartz welding equipment developed by the center includes: quartz boat intelligent welding workstation, quartz boat bracket intelligent welding workstation, etc., which is mainly used in photovoltaic and semiconductor chip manufacturing industry. The series of equipment to solve the main photovoltaic and chip semiconductor quartz products such as welding molding facing the common problems:
(1) low efficiency and high cost of manual welding: most of the current industry quartz welding using manual filler wire welding, welding materials need to be processed in advance, welding also requires special fixtures, this way of welding time is long, high welding costs. To a quartz boat, for example, welding a total of 8 welding points, a product manual uninterrupted welding takes 40 minutes to complete.
(2) Low qualified rate of finished products: the precision of manual welding can not be standardized, extremely dependent on the equipment user's personal skills and experience, which leads to a lot of finished product scrapped, low qualified rate.
(3) Complex and diverse product specifications, automation is difficult: quartz boat product specifications are complex and diverse, to achieve automation of the equipment compatibility requirements are extremely high.

- Heat resistance in high temperature environment, safe and reliable
- Quartz welding molding needs to work in a high-temperature environment of more than 1000°C. The whole equipment is made of special heat-insulating treatment. The whole equipment station for special heat insulation treatment, can be used for a long time in high temperature welding environment, to ensure the safety of equipment users at the same time to avoid quartz products affected by other impurities.
